Heating Instruction: Combine 1/3 cup of boiling water with 1/3 cup of keto cereal in a bowl and stir for about 15 seconds.
Microwave: Combine 1/3 cup of water with 1/3 cup of keto cereal in a bowl and microwave on high for 1.5 minutes. Stir well and let stand for 2 minutes. Microwaves may vary in power and cooking times may need to be adjusted.
