Ingredients: Water, Mushrooms, Onions, Organic oat milk (Water, Oats, Salt, Amylase), Carrots, Celery, Rice starch, Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Porcini mushroom powder, salt, lemon juice, Rescued mushroom powder, Black pepper, Nutmeg, Thyme, Bay leaf infusion.

Heating Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator before use.
Stove: Pour contents into a pot, cook until heated through. Stir frequently.
